Manoj has around 25 years of experience in IT industry as IT Entrepreneur, Project Manager, Test Consultant and QA Consultant.

He has been providing Software Testing Services and Training to various IT companies, sizes ranging from Tier 1 to startups. He was instrumental in providing end to end Testing Services for Outsourced Business Models, implementing the practices to delivering the end to end services for many of the clients. He was also involved in Testing deliveries of Functional and Non Functional areas of domains like E-Learning, Enterprise Applications, Intelligent Data capture and BFSI.

In the past he was associated with UST Global, Allianz, Celstream Technologies and Stag Software. He currently serves as the CEO of Trainon, a technology startup focusing on Training Solutions and Platforms. He is also the Chief mentor of Flymin Innovation Pvt Ltd, a Maritime Robotics company focused in Autonomous Robotic solutions in under water inspections and surveillances .
